Shipping

  • We offer free domestic USPS or UPS ground shipping on all orders over $150. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. The average shipping time is 3 to 6 business days, but shipping can take longer during the holidays.

Online Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if something is wrong, simply request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.

  • Merchandise must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
  • Once we receive your return request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you exchange merchandise for a different size or another style of similar value, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If you prefer to return your item, we will refund your payment, less $10.00 for the return shipping cost. Please note that priority shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Products discounted by 50% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are here to help from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm PST Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm PST on Sundays.

In-store Return Policy

  • Returns accepted with a sales receipt
  • All returned merchandise must be unworn, with tags, and in original condition.
  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Exchange or Store Credit within 21 days of purchase
  • All refunds issued in the form of original payment
  • Refunds for cash purchases over $100 will be issued by store credit or check within five business days.
  • All sale items, jewelry, and fabric purchases are Final Sales

Price Adjustments

  • We are pleased to offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on the first markdown of full-price merchandise within 5 days of the original order date.

    Signature Requirement

    • To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders over $750.

    Gift Cards & Merchandise Credits

    • If you would like to apply for a gift card or merchandise credit, please call us at (206) 223 - 1112, and we will process your order.

    All Fabric Sales are Final Sale

    • No exchanges or refunds.

    Special Orders

    • We are happy to special order products if your size or desired color is not in stock. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of order, and the balance can be paid when the products are ready for pick up or shipping.

    Custom Made Products

      • We can custom-make a variety of items for your home or office: pillow covers, tablecloths, curtains, bedding, dog/cat beds, etc. A 50% deposit will be accepted at the time of order, and the balance can be paid when the items are ready for pick up or shipping

      Tailoring and Alterations

      • We will be happy to work with you to create a perfect fit for most apparel. Additional charges may apply.

      Gift Wrap

      • We are happy to gift wrap your purchases and add your personal notes. Just let us know.
