We offer free domestic USPS or UPS ground shipping on all orders over $150. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. The average shipping time is 3 to 6 business days, but shipping can take longer during the holidays.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if something is wrong, simply request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
- Merchandise must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
- Once we receive your return request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- If you exchange merchandise for a different size or another style of similar value, we will cover the shipping cost.
- If you prefer to return your item, we will refund your payment, less $10.00 for the return shipping cost.
- Priority shipping costs are not refundable.
- Products discounted by 50% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are happy to special order products if your size or desired color is not in stock. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of order, and the balance can be paid when the products are ready for pick up or shipping.
We can custom-make a variety of items for your home or office: pillow covers, tablecloths, curtains, bedding, dog/cat beds, etc.
