The marimekko Maridenim Murros jean jacket is made from non-stretch cotton denim and features a relaxed fit. It has a large printed Unikko flower with the Marimekko logo on the back, button closures, chest pockets with flaps, and side list pockets. The design includes yoke seams, button tabs at the back hem, and cuffed sleeves with button closures, all adorned with Marimekko jean buttons.
Designed according to the Jeans Redesign guidelines by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the denim consists of 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled cotton. It minimizes hardware use, features removable buttons, and avoids rivets, while adhering to sustainability standards for washing and finishing. Innovative techniques like laser technology and ozone washing are used for color and texture. Each Maridenim piece has a special finishing process, giving it a unique character.
